Medwise Hospital Return and Refund Policy
At Medwise Hospital, we prioritize the quality of care and services we provide to our patients. Please note that all payments made for medical consultations, procedures, treatments, and related services are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of healthcare services, returns and refunds are not applicable in the following cases:
1. Medical Services and Procedures
Once a medical consultation, treatment, or procedure has been performed, no refunds or returns will be offered. This applies to both outpatient and inpatient services.
2. Diagnostic Services
Refunds are not applicable for any diagnostic tests or laboratory services after the test has been conducted.
3. Advance Payments
Payments made in advance for procedures, hospital stays, or any other medical services will not be refunded if the patient decides to cancel or postpone the service.
4. Medications and Medical Supplies
Medicines and other medical supplies purchased through the hospital’s pharmacy or prescribed by our doctors are not eligible for returns or refunds once dispensed.
5. Emergency Services
Fees for emergency medical services and procedures are non-refundable.
Exceptions
In certain cases, refunds may be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Overpayment or duplicate payment by the patient.
- Cancellation of a scheduled service by the hospital for reasons beyond the patient’s control.
Any such requests will be carefully reviewed and, if eligible, processed within 14 business days.
